An established healthcare facility located in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area is seeking full-time, permanent Physical Therapists to join their team!

The Physical Therapist Job Opportunity:

• Provides professional patient care and practices physical therapy by evaluating, planning, implementing, and documenting treatment. Evaluates and treats patients in accordance with the order from the physician and provides treatment through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of the patient's life.
  

The Physical Therapist Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy, with a physical therapy degree
  
• Must have active Physical Therapy License
