The Rehabilitation Supervisor manages daily departmental operations while supporting strategic initiatives established by leadership. Responsibilities include staff supervision, operational improvement, financial management, regulatory compliance, and maintaining safety and accreditation standards. Provides oversight of the department’s technical operations through the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, procedures, and programs that promote efficiency, quality, and continued growth.

The Rehabilitation Supervisor Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
