Job DetailsJob Location: 48 Howe Street New Haven Inc - New Haven, CT 06511Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School/GEDSalary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 HourlyJob Shift: Third ShiftPosition: Residential Aide Program: Women’s Rise Location: New Haven Salary: $20.00/hour Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 3rd shift, Wednesday-Sunday (11-7a)   Program Summary: The Women's Rise is a residential work release program providing case management, job readiness, and substance and mental health education to adult females who are under the supervision of DOC. We help women rise as they reenter their communities.   Position Summary: This Residential Aide- will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved women as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved or have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change.
