On call coverage is required. Position Summary: The Senior Director of Behavioral Health provides clinical and administrative supervision to the Behavioral Health Programs. The Senior Director of Behavioral Health will have strong clinical knowledge and extensive experience with program operations for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, possess knowledge of the DMHAS & CSSD service system in CT, understand DPH regulations for residential settings and outpatient services and 3rd party billing practices.
