What will the Manager of IT Operations and Strategy do?

• Act as the eyes and ears of the organization for all IT projects, upgrades, and infrastructure


• Visualize IT projects from conception to fruition and be the point of contact for all the individual state programs while representing the corporate team


• Provide estimates and quotes to outside vendors and work with local community programs to implement IT upgrades to office equipment


• Design, manage and support all Systems including servers, PC's, operating systems, telecommunications, software applications, peripherals and cloud services in a secure IT setting

What the company needs in a Manager of IT Operations and Strategy

• Experience supporting IT services in an Office 365 organization


• 5+ years' hands-on IT leadership experience from a company with more than 200 employees


• Systems upgrade or implementation experience


• Experience leading and mentoring and developing staff


• Great communication skills - comfortable speaking with all levels within the organization


• Knowledgeable on IT infrastructure and buildouts throughout each stage including assessment, planning, execution, and support
