No on-call, weekends, or holidays. Generous Paid Time Off (For Full Time Employment) 401(k) (For Full Time Employment) Comprehensive Health Benefits (For Full Time Employment) Malpractice insurance provided License reimbursement and CEU support Paid training and onboarding Ongoing education and clinical support, including physician-level consult access Autonomy with Support to deliver independent care with access to physician-level consults.  Key Responsibilities:  Assess, develop and communicate comprehensive treatment plans using evidence based best practices Documentation withing 24-48 hours along with placing relevant orders for diagnostics and medications Monitor and manage acute and chronic conditions Compliance with facility, state and federal regulations/protocols. Support quality initiatives and process improvement plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, nurse managers, physicians and specialists Educate and consul patients and families regarding course of treatment  Qualifications: Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferred Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset Â
