It serves adult men under the supervision of the Department of Correction as they transition back into the community following a period of incarceration. Participants receive support from dedicated case managers, assistance with job readiness, and connections to local services such as health care, continuing education, and formal vocational training.   Position Summary: This Residential Aide will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved Men/Women as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved or have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
