What You'll Be Doing (The Exciting Stuff)

  • Coach & Mentor: You won't just "supervise" staff; you'll lead and mentor a dedicated team, guiding them through complex inquiries and helping them level up their service every single day.
  • Experience Architect: You'll oversee daily operations to ensure every member who walks through our doors has an exceptional five-star experience, assist our members with deposits, lending, and digital products to support staff and member inquiries; including member decedent accounts, IRAs and HSAs with accuracy and sensitivity.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: From direct member engagement to resolving issues promptly, you'll be the "go to" for keeping our member satisfaction levels through the roof.
  • Trend Spotter: You'll use your analytical mindset to dive into performance metrics and member feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance our service and keep us compliant and ahead of the curve.
  • Culture Champion: You'll uphold a positive, energetic workplace culture that reflects our core values of integrity and excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience considered.

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
