Please Join us for our hire day on Wednesday, August 19th from 9:00am - 2:00pm at our New Hope production facility located at 7709 Winpark Drive, New Hope, MN. We will be conducting on-the-spot interviews with the potential of same day job offers!

Schedules:
- 1st shift - Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:00pm
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Assemble mechanical components and parts according to specifications.
- Use a variety of hand tools and pneumatic/air tools safely and effectively.
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of how parts fit and function together.
- Perform basic measurements and verify completed assemblies meet quality standards.
- Inspect parts for defects and report quality or assembly issues.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge

- Flexible and able to multi-task; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
