The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Project / Account Manager – Large Format Print to become a critical member of our growing Large Format Production Center.
This is much more than an order-entry or customer service position. You will serve as the central connection between our customers, sales professionals, designers, production teams, installers, and vendors—leading projects from concept to completion while ensuring every customer receives an experience that exceeds expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, energizes team collaboration, and takes immense pride in delivering outstanding work.
Key Responsibilities
As our Project / Account Manager, you will serve as the customer's advocate throughout every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, with exceptional quality, and clear communication.
- Client & Team Liaison: Serve as the primary communication link between customers, Sales, Production, Creative, Purchasing, Shipping, and Installation teams.
- Proactive Account Support: Learn each customer's business and objectives to anticipate needs, review project specifications, and recommend solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and cost.
- Estimating & Job Creation: Prepare project estimates using our iQuote system, communicate pricing, and create accurate job tickets and production records.
- Production & Workflow Management: Coordinate schedules with Production and Installation, monitor job progress, review proofs for quality, and proactively communicate updates or changes.
- Field & Delivery Logistics: Schedule press checks, deliveries, removals, and installations when required.
- Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively across departments to identify process improvements that increase productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5+ years of Project Management, Account Management, or Customer Service experience within Large Format Printing.
- Strong understanding of large format printing, graphics production, materials, finishing methods, and installation processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical production details clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working within print ERP, MIS, or estimating systems (such as Monarch, iQuote, or similar).
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with installation scheduling and field coordination.
- Experience managing distribution programs and nationwide shipments.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 quality environment experience.
