Hotel Front Desk Agent

The Golden Plough Inn located in Peddler's Village ,is looking for a Full-time and Part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team!

Peddler's Village and the Golden Plough are located in Central Bucks County. Public transportation is not available to our location.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcome and register guests
• Make daily reservations
• Handle telephone inquiries relating to The Golden Plough Inn and Peddler's Village
• Displaying a friendly and positive attitude towards all guests
• Resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends & holidays)
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous hotel front office experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Requires strong communication skills.
