Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
路Conduct site inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness of the building
路Install and maintain shop machinery
路Assist in set up/tear down of employee events
路Perform preventative maintenance on shop equipment
路Maintain organization of facilities

Education and/or Experience:
路High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required.
路Well-rounded skill set including plumbing, electrical, painting/drywall repair and HVAC
Other Qualifications:
路Must be organized, detail oriented, and efficient with excellent verbal and written communication skills
路Must have the ability to effectively work with others and on your own with minimal supervision
路Positive, team-oriented attitude is necessary to deal with a large variety of personalities
路Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a reasonable time frame
路Must have experience with basic power tools
路Must possess own hand tools
路Valid chauffer license (Pratt Miller will cover cost of obtaining one)
路Flexible Schedule

路Moderate stress due to regular deadlines and daily challenges.
路Lifting up to 75 pounds on a regular basis
