FlexStaff is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist ready to advance their career as a Clinical Director at one of our client’s skilled physical therapy clinics, specializing in orthopedic and sports manual therapy.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • License Requirement: Must hold a New York State Physical Therapist license
  • Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinic's clinical and financial operations, aiming to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Mentor and coach both clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Build strong relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources.
  • Drive clinic growth through marketing initiatives in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Create customized care plans based on the latest evidence-based practices and treatments.
  • Maintain timely communication with referral sources.
  • Oversee patient and staff schedules to ensure efficient care delivery.
  • Complete daily patient care documentation, including progress and discharge notes, promptly.
  • Set and pursue professional goals for personal and career development.
