Who we are looking for
The Associate Program Manager (APM) supports the Program Management Office in planning and delivering programs to ensure they meet schedule, budget, and performance objectives. The APM coordinates cross-functional activities, tracks program performance, and helps resolve issues to ensure successful program delivery. The APM will also help the team implement improvement activities to enhance program execution and operational performance.
What you get to do!
Financial Planning and Budgeting
- Assist in developing, monitoring, and reporting program budgets, forecasting expenses, and tracking profit & loss (P&L) for engineering and manufacturing initiatives.
Program Administration
- Support day-to-day program coordination, including scheduling, document control, meeting minutes, and program status reporting.
- Develop and maintain consolidated dashboards summarizing key performance metrics across programs
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the liaison between program teams, finance, and leadership, delivering transparent information on budget status, schedule status, risks, and performance metrics.
- Provide insights to facilitate decision-making for senior management, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Operational Oversight
- Assist program managers in tracking program milestones
- Help identify and mitigate operational or budgetary risks, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
PMO Team Support
- Partner with the PMO team to identify improvement opportunities, helping turn team ideas into structured initiatives that enhance program execution and operational efficiency.
What you bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field; MBA or PMP certification is advantageous.
- 2–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or product engineering environment
- Organization and Coordination Skills: Document control, scheduling, meeting coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Analytical Skills:Â Data analysis, monitoring KPIs, performing risk assessments, and providing actionable insights.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management:Â Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate up and down across the organization
