Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Controller to lead our company's accounting and financial operations across multiple entities. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, managing the month-end close process, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The Controller will manage a team responsible for general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and billing, while partnering with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements across multiple entities.
- Manage consolidations and ensure accurate reporting.
- Lead and develop accounting team members.
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate audits and support external audit processes.
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax processes.
- Support ERP systems (D365) and drive process improvements.
Essential Skills
- Strong expertise in corporate accounting and financial reporting.
- Experience with GAAP accounting and month-end/year-end close processes.
- Proficiency in managing general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls/SOX compliance.
- Experience in a multi-entity and consolidation environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (D365) and process improvement initiatives.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of New Lenox, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.12/hr.
