We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Employee Services Assistant to join our Employee Services (HR) Team. This full-time position is primarily responsible for managing the front desk and serving as the first point of contact for applicants, employees, and visitors, while also providing administrative support to the Employee Services (HR) department.
In this role, you will help create a positive experience for applicants and visitors while supporting a variety of Front Desk and HR support activities. Responsibilities will include assisting with job postings, applicant screening and interview coordination, phone screenings, fingerprinting, pre-employment document collection, employee engagement activities, and general administrative projects.
Salary: $42,000-$45,000
Hours: 8:30 am-5 pm

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist applicants, employees, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls and respond to general employment and recruitment inquiries.
- Maintain a professional and organized front office environment.
- Assist with internal and external job postings and ensure information in the Applicant Tracking System remains accurate and up to date.
- Assist with applicant screening, phone screenings, interview coordination, and recruitment activities, as needed.
- Support fingerprinting and other pre-employment requirements.
- Assist with collection of pre-employment required documentation.
- Support employee recognition events, engagement activities, and employee communications.
- Provide administrative support to the Employee Services (HR) team as needed.
- Assist with projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience will be considered.
- Approximately 2 years of Human Resources, office support, administrative, or related experience preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems or Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Professional, approachable, and welcoming personality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
