Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking CVICU RN for a travel/contract positions in New Lenox, IL. We are accepting both local and traveler candidates. 

Position Details:

Position Name: Registered Nurse CVICU

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: Range $2520 to $2556 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shifts available: Days

Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, Any 3 days of the week, weekends and holidays as needed 

• Registered Nurse experience: 2+ years - Required
  
• CVICU RN experience: 2+ years current  - Required 
  
• Open heart expereince - Required
  
• Experience with Cerner - Preferred
  
• Thoracic, vascular, interventional experience - preferred
  
• Prior Travel Nursing experience – Preferred
  

• ASN Degree or Diploma in Nursing - Required
  
• BSN Degree in Nursing - Preferred
  
• RN License for the State of Illinois – Required
  
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Certifications - Required
  
• Covid Vaccination Proof - Required 
  

Job Description:

• Responsible for assessing physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient within assigned unit area and planning nursing care to meet those needs.
  
• Responsible to see that nursing care plans are carried out through performance and/or leadership of subordinate personnel. 
  
• Conducts patient evaluation, performs documentation of patient progress, treatment planning and discharge functions.
  
• All other duties as assigned
