The working hours/salary for this role are 2:00pm - 10:30pm - $18.92/hour

The Role
Â
Under limited supervision, operates sandblasting equipment to process a wide variety of castings in accordance with established procedures and methods. Loads and unloads parts, removes surface contaminants, and applies the required surface finish while maintaining production and quality standards. Performs routine minor maintenance, including nozzle changes and basic equipment upkeep. Identifies and reports defective materials, equipment issues, and unusual operating conditions to supervisors or leads. Works independently using daily shipping plans, WIP sheets, post-cast decision boards, and production priorities to support daily, weekly, and monthly shipping and manufacturing goals. Consistently maintains required production rates with acceptable quality standards.
