Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial electrical construction to lead and oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of commercial electrical construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts

  • Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility

  • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

  • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and cost overruns

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations

  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment

  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals

  • Track labor productivity and ensure efficient use of resources

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Support estimating team during bid and preconstruction phases as needed
