Description

The Center for Motivation & Change has been providing compassionate, collaborative and expert evidence-based treatment for people struggling with substance problems for the last 10 years. CMC:Berkshires is a private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. We are driven by optimism about people’s capacity to change and by our commitment to the science of change.

Starting wage $30/hour-$45/hour


Sundays/ Mondays - On Call as Needed; 4 hour shift


CMCB is located in New Marlborough, MA; approximately 10 minutes east of Ski Butternut (Great Barrington).




Requirements

  • Registered Licensed Nurse or Licensed LPN
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled and caring bedside manner
  • Familiarity with use of addiction-related conditions and medications (e.g. assessment of alcohol or opioid withdrawal)
  • Collaborative team player
  • Computer proficient and able to utilize new electronic systems
  • Serene rural Gilded Aged property on 200 acres
