About the Role:

Poolside Living in Foristell, MO is looking for a skilled Lead Finish Carpenter/Framing Carpenter to join their growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can guide a crew from rough framing to flawless finish work. Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee framing and finish carpentry work on residential and/or commercial projects
Perform precision finish carpentry including trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and windows
Execute structural framing including walls, floors, and roof systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and project timelines
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades on job sites
Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized work environment

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in finish carpentry, framing, or a related carpentry trade
Proven experience in a lead or supervisory carpentry role
Proficiency in both rough framing and detailed finish carpentry techniques
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Own tools preferred; ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions required
