About the Role:

Poolside Living is looking for a skilled Pool Builder to join our growing team in Foristell, MO! This is your chance to turn backyards into dream retreats by crafting beautiful, high-quality swimming pools for homeowners in the area. Responsibilities:

Excavate and prepare job sites for in-ground pool installation
Install pool shells, plumbing, and mechanical systems according to project specifications
Apply gunite and shotcrete materials during pool construction
Set and finish pool coping, tile, and interior surfaces
Install pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
Collaborate with project managers and crew members to meet construction timelines
Ensure all work meets local building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations

Requirements:

Prior experience in pool construction, concrete work, or a related skilled trade
Familiarity with pool plumbing, electrical, and equipment installation is a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in outdoor conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
