The Instructional Designer collaborates with faculty and Learning Design & Development (LD&D) team members to design, develop, and continuously improve learner-centered educational experiences across online, hybrid, and face-to-face modalities. Applies learning experience design (LXD), instructional design best practices, AI-assisted tools, and learning analytics to ensure high-quality, accessible, and outcomes-driven courses aligned with SoPA workflows, QA standards, and term readiness processes.
