About the Role

As a Bartender at Felipe’s, you’ll play a key role in creating a fun, high-energy guest experience. You’ll prepare hand-squeezed margaritas and cocktails, maintain a clean and organized bar, and deliver fast, friendly service.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, working as part of a team, and keeping the energy high behind the bar.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and serve margaritas, cocktails, and beverages to Felipe’s standards
Deliver outstanding guest service with speed and accuracy
Follow all Steps of Service and bar procedures
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
Monitor freshness and quality of all bar products (including fresh juices)
Accurately handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions
Assist with bar prep, restocking, and cleaning duties
Work closely with the team to support smooth service during peak hours
Follow all responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Team-first attitude and positive energy
Attention to detail and consistency
Must be 21+ years old
Valid Responsible Vendor permit (or ability to obtain)
