Provides project management planning and management necessary to support the AVP and the Vice President (VP) of Public Affairs and Chief Communications Officer in tracking and achieving progress toward UCM goals. This role reinforces Tulane’s brand and reputation through writing, editing, and reviewing copy of reports, websites, and executive-level emails to the university community. Ensures the timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of high-profile projects across UCM and other campus partners. Responsible for ensuring that cross-team projects are closely directed, requirements and dependencies are identified and fulfilled, and obstacles are identified and addressed as they arise. Contributes to the continuous improvement of communications processes and tools.
