Rewards and recognition programs Opportunity to Advance –all of our managers started out as drivers/runners SEEKING FULLTIME DOORMAN: Key Responsibilities: Create a Welcoming atmosphere for all guests arriving and departing Provide excellent customer service assisting with directions, area recommendations etc Maintain a clean and safe environment Direct and supervise valets Assist with transportation needs: sign up arrivals, call cabs, shuttles etc Assist with loading / unloading luggage QualificationsPosition requirements include but are not limited to: Lifting up to 100 pounds frequently standing for 8 hours Running & walking for 20 minutes at a time frequently A high school diploma or the equivalent preferred Ability to give directions and recommendations Must have ability to multitask Professional appearance and work ethic Positive Attitude Excellent Customer Service skills Must be able to convey information and ideas effectively Must be able to effectively problem solve with guests and coworkers
