What You’ll Do
The Shift Lead role starts with people and ends with impeccable service. Here’s what your day might look like:
- Be the Guest Guru: Greet guests with a smile, offer samples, and guide their flavor adventure.
- Lead with Confidence: Assign tasks, provide feedback, and keep the team motivated during shifts.
- Prepare and Serve Perfection: Create delicious Soft Serve, Shakes, and Smoothies with care and expertise.
- Master the Menu: Know every item we offer inside and out.
- Keep it Clean and Organized: Ensure the shop is spotless, from the topping bar to the bathroom.
- Crunch the Numbers: Manage the cash till and verify accurate order ringing.
- Safeguard Standards: Follow health and safety guidelines to the letter.
- Set Up Success: Prep the product and set the next team up for a seamless shift.
Most of your shifts will be in the evenings (our busiest time), lasting 7 to 9 hours. You’ll often close the store, ensuring every closing task is completed perfectly.

Additional Details
- You’ll work closely with our Heladeria Supervisor and Felipe’s MOD for guidance and support.
- To keep the focus on our guests, cell phones, smartwatches, and earbuds are not permitted during shifts.
