DelRicht is seeking a Sales Associate to help interested patients access clinical trial opportunities. This is an exciting career-change opportunity for tech-savvy retail leaders who want to apply existing customer service, sales, and leadership experience in a new context. In this on-site, phone-based role, you’ll follow up with warm leads (no cold calling!) and guide patients through the first steps of their clinical trial journey.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain a high volume of calls to patients to assess eligibility, answer questions, and explain study requirements. Our marketing and outreach efforts generate warm leads—no cold calling!
  • Use the consultative sales, relationship-building, and customer service skills you developed in retail to help patients understand clinical trial opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified patients for initial clinic visits and follow up throughout their journey.
  • Handle patient calls and partner with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals.
  • Learn and confidently use new technology and systems to manage patient outreach and follow-up.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing sales role; retail supervisors and managers are strongly encouraged to apply. 
  • A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort learning and using new technology and systems.
  • Compassionate, people-focused communication skills.
  • A self-motivated, coachable, and organized approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base rate: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission paid biweekly.  Average first-year earnings are approximately $46,000–$54,000, with significantly higher earning potential based on performance.
