The Transfer Specialist III supports Tulane University’s Transfer Credit Hub by performing advanced transfer credit evaluation and maintaining the institutional infrastructure that supports transfer articulation. The position evaluates complex transfer coursework, manages articulation tables and equivalency data, and collaborates with academic departments to establish transfer course equivalencies. 

 

Working under the direction of the Director of the Transfer Credit Hub, this position ensures the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of transfer articulation processes while supporting institutional enrollment initiatives and transfer student mobility. 

 

Transfer credit articulation and evaluation processes are managed within institutional systems including Banner, TES (Transfer Evaluation System), Transferology, and Parchment Raptor.
