The OpportunityÂ
This opportunity as a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Site Lead is perfect for an experienced low-voltage technician with Site Lead experience who enjoys traveling!Â
The ResponsibilitiesÂ
Lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnoverÂ
Work closely with PMs, Engineers, and Technicians to drive project efficiencyÂ
Identify and communicate change orders and field conditionsÂ
Oversee system testing, commissioning, and end-user trainingÂ
Manage daily schedules, progress tracking, and materialsÂ
Direct subcontractors and ensure alignment with site expectationsÂ
Run complex installations with confidence and accountabilityÂ
Mentor and support crews in the fieldÂ
Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projectsÂ
Serves as the face of Evergreen to our customers onsite by providing top-notch service and product trainingÂ
Ensures safety through compliance with relevant State and Federal regulationsÂ
Handles service orders and project administrationÂ
Performs follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspectionÂ
The NecessitiesÂ
Strong background in low-voltage system installationÂ
Proven experience leading crews and running jobs independentlyÂ
Willingness to travelÂ
A proactive, solutions-focused mindsetÂ
Ability to travel extensivelyÂ
Electrical wiring experienceÂ
Strong communication skills to interface with customersÂ
Ability to call and schedule appointments, follow instructions, and understand code requirementsÂ
Valid driver’s license Â
Ability to pass pre-employment and continuing random background, drug, and MVR screeningsÂ
Great to HaveÂ
Prior experience working on government contracts or military basesÂ
U.S. government clearanceÂ

Pay range is $38 - $45 per hour for well-qualified candidates.Â
