This role is responsible for aiding a lead researcher in creating detailed investigative reports to be used in commercial real estate loan transactions to ensure that financial, regulatory, and reputational risks are mitigated. Using a variety of open public records sources and proprietary data, research assistants are responsible for assisting in completing full investigative due diligence reports.  Research assistants work on multiple transactions with hard deadlines but create their own schedule.

New Paltz, NY or remote worker (US)

JOB SCHEDULE:

Project-based role with each project estimated at approximately 20 hours.
