Position Details:
• Pay: $70/hour, paid bi-weekly (Guaranteed 40-hour workweek for full-time; weekends
excluded)
• Schedule: Closed weekends
• Part Time Tuesday and Wednesday
• Location: Private office setting
Benefits (Full-Time):
• 401K Profit K Program (Full Time):
o Eligible after 1 year of employment upon meeting performance goals
o 3% employer contribution per pay period
o Additional year-end bonus program
o Option to contribute to 401K or Roth plan
• Health & Dental Insurance (Full Time):
o Single medical coverage after 90-day trial period (per company policy)
o Optional dental/family coverage available at employee’s expense
• Paid Time OffÂ
o Vacation: 80 hours/year (after 1 year continuous full-time employment)
o Sick Time:Â Up to 40 hours/year for FT and PT
• Insurance (Full Time): Company-paid liability and malpractice coverage
Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active state licensure
- Must sign standard non-compete agreement prior to start
