Prototype and Manual Machinist

What You’ll Do:

• Machine short run production for our customers.
• Machine prototype parts for current and potential new customers.
• Design and improve fixtures to support production efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to develop solutions.
• Resolve fixture changes efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate clearly and timely with departments on deadlines and progress.
• Contribute to a team committed to increasing take-home value for employees.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with manual machining is required.
• Experience with CNC machines, with programming experience in CNC mills strongly encouraged.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• A team player with a growth mindset and a commitment to learning.
• Communication skills and attention to detail.
