QA PDI

Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for QA PDI! This position works from our plant in New Paris, IN. 

This position ensures our products (Pontoon / Fiberglass / Aluminum boats) are in working order; meeting quality and safety standards and free from defects before being shipped to a customer.

Shift Schedule is 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday.  

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnostics/Troubleshooting
• Electrical
• Inspections
• On water testing
• Experience with trailering boats; loading/unloading
• Ability to confidently drive boats
• Repair/Replace equipment

Required skills and experience:

• Previous Marine Mechanic Schooling/Experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with a team toward one common goal
• High level of initiative and demonstrated use of proactive problem solving

Schedule: 

-8-hour shift

-Day shift 6 am - 2:30 pm

-Monday to Friday
