This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about developing clinicians, ensuring quality patient care, and helping shape the success of a growing hospice program. As a Clinical Manager, you'll partner with branch leadership to oversee daily clinical operations, support patient care coordination, mentor field clinicians, and ensure compliance with hospice regulations and documentation standards. You'll serve as a clinical resource for your team while collaborating with physicians, referral sources, patients, and families to deliver exceptional end-of-life care. We're looking for a collaborative leader with strong clinical judgment, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for coaching and developing others. Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. • Minimum of two years of RN experience, including at least one year of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or a related healthcare setting. • Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred. • Strong leadership, clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to coach teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance required.   Position Type: • Full-Time | Exempt Position
