Hotel Maintenance Technician

Join our Team: Hotel Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our dedicated team at Schoenbrunn Inn and The Pub at Schoenbrunn Inn in New Philadelphia, OH. As the maintenance technician you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our property while following all management company and brand standards.

Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance tasks, plumbing repairs, HVAC system maintenance, and general building repairs

- Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems

- Complete Pool & Spa daily maintenance to ensure smooth operation for our guests

- Respond quickly to any maintenance slips requests from guests and staff

- Upkeep grounds as needed, including picking up trash, pulling weeds, clean up around dumpster area, and any other tasks given by the manager

- Maintain inventory and supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols and brand standards

- Carpet cleaning as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or general maintenance

- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with hotel guests, staff, and management
