Produce Support - Full Time

PRODUCE SUPPORT:  Support Clerk working primarily in Receiving and also the Produce sales floor. They are responsible for receiving produce deliveries and direct customer service during regular store hours.  This person's primary duties include meeting the morning produce delivery truck, receiving the produce load, organizing the cooler, sanitation, housekeeping, trimming, packaging, working stocking, merchandising, building displays, rotation, scale work, and direct customer service throughout the Department.  Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned including incidental prep work, traying, wrapping, moving stock from the cooler to the sales floor, special orders, and re-wraps.

1. Availability:  Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
2. Previous Experience: familiarity with produce merchandise and equipment preferred.
3. Physical Demands: repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.

Other Considerations: customer relations; able to work with minimal supervision; prioritize tasks; reliable, dependable.
