What You Will Do:

• Assist customers through the full automotive sales process, from vehicle selection to purchase
• Conduct test drives and provide product knowledge
• Follow up with sales leads and maintain communication with current customers
• Represent Volkswagen of New Port Richey in a polished and professional manner
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Work in a supportive, team-focused environment

Who We Are Looking For:

• Previous sales or customer service experience required
• Automotive dealership sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong computer and CRM skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
