Position Details

· Position: Part-Time Porter
· Location: The Gallery at Trinity, our 288-unit residential community located in New Port Richey, FL 34655
· Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

· Maximum 24 hours per week

Responsibilities

· Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
· Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
· Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
· Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
· Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
· Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

✅ Qualifications

Education

· High school diploma or GED required

Experience

· 1-3 months of related experience preferred
· Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills & Certifications

· Valid Driver's License required
