Primary Objective of the Position: 聽聽Safely operates and maintains lathe and milling machine(s). 聽

Major Areas of Accountability: 聽聽
- On assigned job orders responsible for reviewing drawings, clarifying procedures, ensuring materials are available, sets up machines and have a good understanding of the project scope and deadline聽
- Have the ability to run a mill or a lathe.聽
- Within the machining function (milling, boring, welding, lathe work, grinding and polishing) understands the specifications of each job and uses a variety of machines and tools to produce high quality work聽
- Accurately drill holes聽聽
- Uses tapping attachments to produce quality threads聽
- Utilizes appropriate saw for cutting and uses appropriate blades and speeds聽
- Ensures a safe work environment by following safety requirements and policies 聽
- Perform routine visual machine inspections and report damages to maintenance for repair.聽
- Properly and safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts while maneuvering materials as needed.聽
- Performs other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.聽

聽路 Ability to run and operate a CNC Lathe or Mill聽
聽路 Ability to take direction, be a team player, and show up on time聽 聽
路 Ability to utilize a variety of shop tools & machinery聽
路 Must be able to lift 75 pounds聽
