What You’ll Do:

• Implement personalized OT treatment plans developed by licensed OTs
  
• Support clients with ADL-focused exercises, functional movement, and cognitive engagement
  
• Provide family education on safety strategies, adaptive equipment, and home setup improvements
  
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination to ensure holistic care
  
• Maintain timely, clear documentation to promote strong clinical outcomes
  

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
  
• Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable transportation
  
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
  
• Home health experience preferred, but supportive training is available
