Join us as an Associate Director, Solutions Engineering, where you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver scalable, innovative reporting solutions for IQVIA’s Media Operating System (IMOS) platform. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare data analytics.

Job Overview
You will manage and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers, define best practices for data ingestion and automation, and oversee end-to-end delivery of IMOS Physician Level Data (PLD) reporting. Acting as a technical SME, you’ll partner with Client Services, Sales, and Product teams to ensure operational excellence and deliver actionable insights to healthcare and biopharma clients.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

Experience:

  • 8+ years in data engineering or solutions engineering roles.
  • 3+ years in a leadership capacity managing technical teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced SQL and ETL expertise; experience with data pipelines and automation.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI; familiarity with Alteryx, Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, FTP/sFTP, DBeaver, SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of ad tech/martech platforms and PLD reporting.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, cross-team collaboration, presentation, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and implement visionary solutions while supporting current business and priorities.
  • Proficiency in scoping, breaking down, and building out technical requests into business solutions

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of digital media buying and/or hands-on experience with digital media reporting.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge across payer, provider, pharma, digital health.
  • Knowledge of pharma media measurement and reporting landscape.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $89,600.00 - $249,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
