Compensation: $85,000-$120,000 annually (Flat Rate + Performance Bonus)

What You’ll Do – A Day in the Life

As a Main Shop Technician, you’ll diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles with precision and pride. Whether you're doing a complex drivability diagnosis or routine brake work, you’ll be part of a shop that values craftsmanship, communication, and continuous improvement. Your day might include:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics using factory scan tools and equipment
  • Complete repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivetrains
  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure guest concerns are clearly addressed
  • Conduct comprehensive multipoint inspections and document findings 
  • Conduct video multi point inspections, creating transparency for our guests
  • Stay current with factory bulletins and technical training
  • Mentor apprentice and express techs as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
  • Deliver every vehicle with quality work and confidence
  • Highest level of work ethic and integrity

Requirements

Automotive Service Technician Qualifications:

  •   Experience as a main shop or certified technician
  •  Current Ford ASE or OEM certifications preferred (we’ll help you get more)
  •  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  •  Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a physically active environment
  •  Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
  •  Experience with digital MPI tools and service diagnostics tools
  • Strong desire to excel
