Description: Sunshine Quality Solutions is actively seeking a field service technician/ diesel mechanic to perform in-field diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment. This role requires proficiency in complex service tasks, with occasional guidance from management.     Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair John Deere equipment and technology in the field and on-site. Maintain an accurate inventory of parts stocked on the service vehicle for efficient service. Mentor and guide Service Technicians and Apprentices to enhance technical skills. Identify customer service opportunities and communicate solutions to improve satisfaction. Track billable time and manage work orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission. Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs to further develop technical expertise. Operate and maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment to perform job duties safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring efficient and high-quality work performance. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks. Good hand-eye coordination for operating tools and equipment. Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs. Capability to work on your feet for extended periods.
