Job Summary
 

Experience:

• Prior experience required
• Long Term Care experience a plus

Requirements:

• Current NYS - LPN License
• BLS and Infection Control Certification
• High school diploma / GED
• Must successfully complete a Medication Administration test

· Specific Skills:

• The ability to multi-task over the course of a shift
• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift over 20lbs

Qualifications

• High School
• 1-3 years
• Effective English communication skills, written, oral and interpersonal.
• Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval system
• Additional education required by specialty areas/patience care locations.
• OHS Annual Assessment
• Licensed Practical Nurse New York
• OHS Fit Test
• NYS License for Practical Nurse and current registration to practice as an LPN in New York State
• Basic Life Support License.
