General Purpose
Operate the separator process in an efficient manner to maximize production while maintaining product quality and safety.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the defined processing parameters to achieve optimum efficiencies while minimizing downtime
- Monitor and document processes to include quality checks, while administering changes when needed
- Perform CIP as needed on all related equipment. Perform manual cleaning as necessary
- Perform general housekeeping and Master Sanitation schedule task as necessary
- Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
- Attend required training, including but not limited to: GMP’s HAACP, SQF, and Safety

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Production or general work experienced preferred
- Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
- Able to effectively work in a team environment
- Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
