Position Overview

MAY Management is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer service-oriented Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors at one of our residential communities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations within the community.


Qualifications

  • Previous concierge, hospitality, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Professional appearance and demeanor 
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment 
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems 
  • Ability to handle resident concerns professionally and efficiently 
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability 
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus 


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner 
  • Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries promptly and professionally 
  • Monitor guest and visitor access according to community procedures 
  • Coordinate visitor registrations, package handling, and deliveries 
  • Maintain front desk logs, records, and community communication systems 
  • Assist residents with general questions, requests, and amenity reservations 
  • Coordinate with management, maintenance staff, and vendors as needed 
  • Observe and report community concerns, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity 
  • Assist with community events, notices, and resident communications 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
