Travel is required for this position. Care is provided in patients’ private homes and residential facilities throughout Greater Boston and parts of Metrowest Job Responsibilities: The Pediatric Palliative Social Worker is an integral part of an interdisciplinary pediatric palliative care team responsible for providing comprehensive psychosocial care to children (and their families) with life-limiting illnesses. Makes home visits, facilitates referrals and admissions to services and provides counseling support.
