Passenger Shuttle Driver

August Schell Brewing Company is a family-owned and operated brewery in New Ulm, Minnesota. Schells is seeking a Seasonal part-time Passenger Shuttle Driver to transport visitors to and from off-site parking to the Brewery.   Must be safety conscious and friendly, welcoming our guests to the Brewery. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 

· Transporting the individual to and from the main brewery and parking off-site

· Obey traffic laws, safety procedures, and transit regulations. 

· Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations. 

· Drive safely along designated routes

· Assist passengers with disabilities to get on the bus

· Perform basic safety and maintenance checks, such as bus tires, lights and oil when needed. 

· Provide historical information regarding the company to passengers on the bus. Maintain a positive and inviting demeanor with passengers.  

Requirements

Requirements: 

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Must be 21 years of age

· Must possess a valid Class B License 

· Clean Driving Record

· Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws.

· Strong time management and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements: 

· Performance duties of this job include regularly being required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk, hear, and smell. 

· Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and climb.
