Location: NovaCare/ LifeBridge: Carroll Hospital in Westminster, MD.Ā
Schedule:Ā Full Time 40 hours (8 AM - 430 PM) with weekend rotation
Compensation: $29.00 - $35.00 / Hour

Carroll Hospital in Westminster, Maryland, is part of the NovaCare/LifeBridge Health family. We are seeking a full-time certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) to join our large multidisciplinary team. This is a 40-hour day shift position that includes a weekend rotation of 1-2 Saturdays per month, per clinician. New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply. Acute care experience is preferred. We have an on-site mentorship available at this 153-bed inpatient hospital.Ā

Responsibilities
- Detail-Oriented: Observe, note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
- Education: Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.
- High Standard of Care: Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies
- Personalized Treatment: Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, optimize patientsā functional abilities and skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program
- State COTA license (or license eligible)
- CPR certification
- Valid state driverās license
